本產(chǎn)品包含miRNA檢測(cè)的全部試劑。以miRNA為模板，用TransScript? miRNA RT Enzyme Mix(包含加尾酶和反轉(zhuǎn)錄酶），2×TS miRNA Reaction Mix高效加尾和合成第一鏈cDNA; miRNA 檢測(cè)使用PerfectStartTM Green qPCR SuperMix。適用于Total RNA或small RNAs等包含miRNA樣品的檢測(cè)。
